Questions
My daughter has never done gymnastics. Is that okay?
Yes. All levels are welcome, and the class is for ages 6–14. Hailey adapts the session so beginners and more experienced girls all get something out of it.
What do we need to bring?
Your own mat. Comfortable clothes she can stretch in and water.
Where exactly is it?
On the grass next to Kurrawa Surf Club, Broadbeach.
What if it rains?
If a class is cancelled for weather or safety, you'll hear from Hailey and we'll reschedule you to the next class or offer a full refund. See the Terms for details.
How does the 3-class pass work?
Choose a start date and your three classes can be used on any Saturday or Wednesday within 8 weeks of it. Message Hailey if you'd like to book your sessions in.
Can we do a makeup class if we miss one?
Single class bookings can be moved to another session if Hailey is notified at least 24 hours before. Pass holders can move a missed class to the following Saturday or a Wednesday — just message Hailey to arrange a session that works.
Can siblings share a 3-class package?
No — each package is booked for one named girl and the classes can only be used by her. If you have two daughters joining, each needs her own booking. You can add multiple girls in a single checkout and it'll price them separately.
What's the cancellation policy?
Single class bookings are fully refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class. Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, then no refund will be issued. Pass holders don't receive refunds — a missed class becomes a credit you can use on another session.
Can I stay and watch?
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay nearby. Please keep a close eye on younger siblings who aren't taking part.
